The website: www.delignit-ag.de is the home page of Delignit AG (Ltd.), a company whose liability is limited by shares, entered under the Reg. No.: HR B 5952 in the Commercial Register of Companies and Business Names held at the Lemgo District Court, Lemgo, Germany. During visits to the website and neighbouring links, the personal details of visitors are recorded in various sections. This data is treated with strict confidentiality by the Company, and only employed for the purpose indicated to the visitor. The selectivity function enables the visitor to determine which data is revealed to the Company and how the Company is to employ that data. Such data is stored and processed by the Company within the scope of German Federal statutory requirements, especially within those of the German Federal data protection legislation and the Germany Federal ' Telemediengesetz' (Tele-Media Legislation).
The website pages can be generally viewed and used without registration or login authorisation. However, some functional usages will require a prior login authorisation.
When visitors use the website of the Company, the web server of the Company will record and store the following information into order to process the offer of the Company: general technical information, especially the hardware and software employed by the visitor, the IP address of the computer of the visitor, the websites the visitor has recently visited, as well as the time and duration of the visit of the visitor to the website of the Company. This data has no personal reference to the visitor. No linkage takes place to pass such data on to any outside agency or registry.
Should the visitor to the website of the Company decide to register on the website, then the web server of the Company will record and store the following details of the visitor: the registered user name, the selected password, the first and last names of the visitor as well as the email address of the visitor. The Company uses this data for access- and support purposes, and to enable certain services. Such data is not revealed to third parties.
When the visitor and/or user voluntarily provides any additional data concerning him- or herself, then an inherent permission is automatically granted by the visitor or user to the Company to exploit such data.
Visitors to- and users of the website of the Company can revoke the exploitation of all personal data by the Company, in sending an email to: email@example.com (the data protection officer of the Company).
The Company never reveals data obtained from visitors to- or users of the website to any third parties.
When the visitor enters the website as a registered user, so-called cookies are uploaded and deployed. Cookies are small data packages, which are saved onto the hard drive of the personal computer of the user via the internet browser program of the user. These particular cookies are fundamentally only 'session cookies', which are automatically erased when the user logs off from the website of the Company, or when the user shuts down the internet browser on the personal computer of the user.
